Provate -d Cream

Provate-D Cream is a topical steroid used to treat inflammatory and allergic skin conditions like eczema and atopic dermatitis. It provides relief from swelling, redness, and itching in the affected area by preventing the release of substances that cause inflammation.

Provate-D Cream is only meant for external use and should be used as advised by your doctor. You should normally wash and dry the affected area before applying a thin layer of the medicine. Avoid any contact with your eyes, nose, or mouth. Rinse it off with plenty of water in case of accidental contact. Avoid covering the treated area with airtight dressings such as bandages unless directed by a doctor.

Using of the medicine may cause burning sensation, irritation, redness, and swelling at the site of application and dryness. These are temporary and usually go away with time. However, if they persist or worsen, let your doctor know. The medicine is not recommended for pregnant women. Pregnant and breastfeeding mothers should consult their doctors before using this medicine.

HOW TO COPE WITH SIDE EFFECTS?

Coping with Dryness
Use mild cleansing creams or soaps rather than harsh or perfumed ones. Use warm water (not hot) and do not spend too long in the bath or shower. Long bathing hours or using harsh soaps can wash away natural oils. Dry your skin gently with a towel and apply moisturizer immediately after washing. Do not use alcohol-based products on your skin. Choose clothing fabrics that will not irritate your skin.
HOW TO USE PROVATE-D CREAM
This medicine is for external use only. Use it in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Check the label for directions before use. Clean and dry the affected area and apply the cream. Wash your hands after applying, unless hands are the affected area.
